Selected participants will receive $450 for their participation in the research.

Are you a sports fanatic who’s the go-to host for big games?

We’re looking for sports fans who love having friends over to watch major matchups — football, basketball, soccer, or any sport you get fired up about.

We want to speak with real fans who routinely host viewing parties and can share insights into how you prepare: what you shop for, how you set up, and what makes a great game-day experience for your friends.

We are looking for participants who:

  • 21 years old or older

  • Miami or Fort Lauderdale locals

  • Are reliable and available for the scheduled research session (Thursday, 1/15 - full day and possibly Friday, 1/16 - Sunday, 1/18)

  • You must be a sports fan. 

  • You should be comfortable speaking on camera about your hosting style, shopping habits, and game-day traditions.

  • Selected participants will take part in an on-camera interview and a potential follow-up interview.

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR VIDEO INTERVIEW

State your First and Last Name and Current Living Location. In 60 seconds please tell us why you think you would be a good candidate for the experience and tell us a story about your favorite player and why they are your favorite player?

  1. Record your 60 second video interview (from prompt above) on your preferred device. Try to keep your video short and sweet.

IMPORTANT DATES

  • Please submit your interviews as soon as possible. We will be reviewing and vetting submissions on a rolling basis. No later than Tuesday, 12/16.

  • Research Experience:
    Thursday, 1/15 - Sunday, 1/18 TBD — selected participants must be available for the full day.
    (All selected participants will be compensated.)

    NOTE: This study if selected could include a filmed session. All selected participants must be comfortable being on camera.

BACKGROUND CHECKS NOTICE

All shortlisted participants will be required to undergo comprehensive background screenings, including a criminal background check and a review of publicly accessible social media activity, conducted by a third-party verification service. These screenings are used solely to confirm eligibility, ensure participant safety, and maintain compliance with project standards. Only publicly visible online content will be evaluated, and participants will not be asked for passwords or access to private accounts. Advancement to final casting is contingent upon satisfactory results from both screenings, and any findings inconsistent with project requirements or safety protocols may result in disqualification.
