After you take a bite and pause just slightly—a soft moment of realization as we feel a twinkle in your eye suggesting that the flavor has quietly transported your imagination.(Rockets Taking Off, Volcano’s Exploding, Spices Exploding, Chicken, etc.)After the high-energy montage this is the reaction to the flavor explosion, say the line, “Whoa…” should land an honest, almost involuntary response—a quiet, understated acknowledgment of just how unexpectedly good the food really is.
